Arizona highway project gets full funding

The next phase of construction for SR 189 got the go ahead from the State Construction Board this June. State Route 189 is a major connector between Santa Cruz county and Mexico and critical to international trade. The Mariposa Port of Entry is served by the highway and is responsible for over $8 billion in exports annually.
