We provide a highly competitive base salary to ensure that our Massachusetts brokers are compensated well for their expertise and hard work. Yet, at AFI, we believe in exceeding the ordinary. On top of the base salary, we present our brokers the chance to earn up to an additional 25% monthly net bonus. Moreover, we cater to those in Massachusetts who prefer a commission-based structure with a 1099 commission offer that can go up to a whopping 65%.
